Our working method

Our practice is affiliated with Maasdokters, a partnership of general practitioners. This offers a number of advantages for both patients and general practitioners, with the relationship between general practitioner and patient always being central.

In a Maasdokters practice, patients have direct contact with the GP. This is convenient, because you only have to tell your story once. Your question can often be answered immediately. If that is not possible, you can make a follow-up appointment at the practice together with the GP. This is useful, because you don't have to come to the practice for every question.

We ask you to make your own appointments. Because we work exclusively by appointment, there are hardly any waiting times and you will usually find a quiet waiting room. This ensures a calm atmosphere in the practice and during your consultation with the GP. This is pleasant for both you and the GP.

Arrange it yourself

You can arrange many things yourself online via this website. To help you as best we can, we have listed the most important information below.

Would you like to make an appointment with the doctor? You can do so online. This is possible at any time of the day or week. So you no longer have to wait on the phone or at the reception desk.

You can also easily ask a question or send a photo via the website. This is useful for non-urgent questions or if, for example, you want to send a photo of a pimple on your skin.

Would you like to request a repeat prescription or view your medical file or results? You no longer need to call the practice to do this. You can arrange all of this via the website in the patient portal.

Missed an appointment?

These frequently asked questions have been compiled based on questions we often receive. By providing the answers here, we save you the trouble of contacting them and we, as general practitioners, have fewer interruptions in our work with patients. If you cannot find the answer to your question, you can ask the practice.
