The practice will open in early June.
However, you can already preregister. Click on the green button 'register' on the homepage.
After completing the registration form:
- We will process your data (securely).
- We will contact you by phone to schedule an introductory meeting (if necessary).
- Until we have received your medical records in good order, you will still need to contact your previous GP for questions.
